(Activate the subtitles on YouTube) It’s very simple: I love Amsterdam. For João’s birthday in January, he decided he wanted to go check out Amsterdam for the first time. We planned it out and off we went. I lived in The Netherlands a few years back (for 6 months) so I had the chance to visit the city twice. But I was younger then (and one of the times was with a university planned trip) so I didn’t get the chance to experience the city properly. Even though this was not my first time there, I was super excited! And I fell with love with the city all over again. I’ll talk about everything we saw, museums we visited and places we ate at on the following posts. But as a taster here’s a video with a snapshot of what happened whilst we were there.
